Day 1: ARRIVE COCHIN
You will be welcomed by our representative upon your arrival in Cochin and transfer you to hotel. Today you will be introduced to our Royal Enfield bike & get some important instructions for biking in Kerala & Karnataka. Overnight stay in Cochin.
Day 2: COCHIN - MARARIKULAM (50 Km / 2 hrs Ride)
Morning after breakfast, start your first day ride to Mararikulam. It is a beach village in the district of Alappuzha. Life in this place hasn't changed much in the last many decades. Men here continue to go for fishing in the morning while the Ladies perform the necessary household cores. On arrival check into the hotel. Afternoon explore the numerous soft sand beaches & here you feel free from all worries and tensions. Overnight stay in Mararikulam.
Day 3: MARARIKULAM - MUNNAR (160 Km / 5 Hrs Ride)
After breakfast ride to Munnar. Munnar - breathtakingly beautiful - a haven of peace and tranquility - the idyllic tourist destination in God's own country. Munnar was the favored summer resort of the erstwhile British rulers in the colonial days. Unending expanse of tea plantations - pristine valleys and mountains- exotic species of flora and fauna. On arrival check into the hotel & relax. Later in the afternoon visit Tea gardens & explore Munnar town. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 4: MUNNAR
After breakfast leave for full day sightseeing around Munnar. Mattupetty (13 km) Situated at a height of 1700 Mts , Mattupetty is famous for its highly specialised dairy farm, the Indo-swiss live stock project. Over 100 varietes of high yielding cattle are reared here. Pothamedu (6 km) Pothamedu offers an excellent view of the tea, coffee and cardamom plantations in Munnar. The rolling hills, the lush mountain and the breathtaking scenery here is ideal for trekking and long mountain walks. Devikulam (7 km) This idyllic hill station with its velvet lawns, exotic flora and fauna and the cool mountain air is a rare experience. The Sita Devi Lake with its mineral waters and picturesque surroundings is a good picnic spot. Rajamala (15 km) The natural habitat of the Niligiri tahr , Rajamala is 2695 Mts above sea level. Half the world's population of the rare mountain goat or tahr which is fast becoming extinct is now found here. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 5: MUNNAR - KODAIKANAL (250 Km / 6-7 Hrs Ride)
After breakfast ride to Kodaikanal, is one of the most popular hill resorts in India. It is a charming hill station, stands amidst sylvan beauty on the southern crest of the upper Palani Hills. Kodaikanal is situated at an altitude of about 2,133-m high and covers an area of 21.45-sq-km. The hill town is renowned for its educational institutions of international repute. The hill-plantain fruits and plums are known for their freshness and taste. Berijam Lake, one among the beautiful lakes of South India, spreads over an area of 24 hectares. Arrive in Kodaikanal & check into the hotel & relax. Evening free for walking and other activities. Overnight stay in Kodaikanal.
Day 6: KODAIKANAL
After breakfast enjoy full day sightseeing in & around Kodaikanal:- Kodai Lake: One of the main attractions for the tourists of Kodaikanal is the Kodai Lake. The lake is situated at an elevation of 2285m above sea level and it looks magnificent with star shaped glittering water, in the midst of evergreen lush slopes. Today lakhs of tourists walk around, sail on, ride on horses & cycles and admire the Lake.
Kurinji Andavar Temple
This temple situated 3 kms from the lake, is a famous shrine dedicated to Lord Muruga. In Tamil literature Kurinji means 'hill region' and Andavar means 'God'. Hence Lord Muruga is referred as 'God of hill'.
You see some of great waterfalls near Kodaikanal so our expert driver will take care for these waterfalls as per waterfalls situations.
Dolphins nose is at a distance of 8 kms from the bus stand, one has to follow the route specified here.There is an old road after crossing Pambar Bridge near levinge stream. A rough curve rounds the hillside which leads to a point where a flat rock projects over an awful chesm of 6600 feet deep. This is Dolphins nose. On the way, beautiful views of plains and steepy rocky eascarpeints called rolling hills can be seen. Later return back to Hotel 7 overnight stay in Kodaikanal.
Day 7: KODAIKANAL - KUMARAKOM (260 Km / 7 Hrs Ride)
After breakfast ride to Kumarakom, Kumarakom is a serenely beautiful and scenic backwater destination, a charming peninsula jutting into the ever-effervescent Vembanad Lake that is dotted with plenty of traditional rice boats and canoes, leaving a scene that is immensely pleasing to the eye. Day 8: KUMARAKOM - KOVALAM (200 Km / 5 Hrs Ride)
Morning after breakfast ride to Kovalam. This beach is known as the "Paradise of the South". Kovalam is warm and clean filled with the coconut trees and the white sandbed as the seabreeze gently plays with the waves. Swimming and bathing are very refreshing and exhilirating in the waves. Enjoy your stay near Beaches in Kovalam.
Day 9: KOVALAM
Today visit famous beaches of Kovalam and other like Varkala beach. Overnight stay in Kovalam.
Day 10: KOVALAM - KANYAKUMARI (90 Km / 3 Hrs Ride)
After breakfast ride to Kanyakumari, a town in Tamilnadu state where temples and Vivekananda Rock Memorial are main attractions and worth seeing. On arrival check into the hotel. Later explore the area. Overnight stay in Kanyakumari.
Day 11: KANYAKUMARI - POOVAR (75 Km / 2-3 Hrs Ride)
Morning after breakfast start ride for Poovar. On arrival check into the hotel. In the afternoon explore the area. Overnight stay in Poovar.
Day 12: POOVAR - ALLEPPEY (190 Km / 5 Hrs Ride)
Morning after breakfast start your last day ride to Alleppey. It is a famous town for Backwaters & beautiful Houseboat. A perfect destination for a memorable trip in Kerala. On arrival, leave your bike & check into a houseboat that will take you through the sleepy backwaters of Kerala. Enjoy nature from your beautiful houseboat passes by charming villages, lush green paddy fields and other scenic delights. Stay overnight in your houseboat besides enjoying the best food in a traditional way.
DAY 13: ALLEPPEY - COCHIN AIRPORT (90 Km/ 3 Hrs Ride)
After breakfast checkout from the traditional Houseboat & we ride towards Cochin. Our memorable Motorcycle tour to South India concludes here. Later you will be transferred to Cochin Airport to catch your next flight for Home.
