Day 1: Hanoi - Thanh Son - Nghia Lo. ~ 180 km
Roads along the dike along the Red River ; specialty meal - meat goat in Thanh Son , visit the house and garden of Uncle Ho in Nghia Lo, former French camp Don Cang . Overnight with a Thai family in the traditional village in Nghia Lo.
Day 2: Nghia Lo - Tu Le – Mucangchai. ~ 80 km
Terrace fields in Tu Le, Lim Thai village, beautiful view from the pass Khau Pha ( 1200m ) to enjoy the beautiful region of yellow rice fields ! Overnight at homestay with local people.
Day 3: Mucangchai- its surroundings - Tu Le - Nghia Lo. ~ 100 km
Full day in Mucangchai to explore the area by visiting the villages of H'mong people such as Che Cu Nham, La Pan Tan, De Su Phing where the rice fields in terrace are classified as “national heritages". Overnight with a Thai family.
Day 4: Nghia Lo - Phu Yen. ~ 90 km
Very nice roads passing the well-known Lung Lo pass during the French war in Vietnam in 1954. Meeting and pass overnight with a Thai family.
Day 5: Phu Yen - Maichau. ~ 150 km
Explore the very nice valley of Thais ethnic minority then cross the Black river to enter the Moc Chau plateau to enjoy the moutainous landscapes with fruit gardens, green tea hills... Stay overnight with a white Thais family. Fiesta - diner is special thing to discove!
Day 6: Maichau - Hanoi. ~ 150 km
Peaceful warking around the Poomcong et Lac villages of Thais ethnic groups to discover the daily life of the local people. Riding down to Hanoi by kasrt roads and arrive in Hanoi at around 5 pm.
